A group of people standing next to each other

Welcome to Ollie’s Figures!

Ollie’s Figures is a paper-based mini figure exchange kids can do with friends (just like the sticker chains many parents remember from childhood).

Each time someone joins, they do two things:

Mail one mini figure to the first name on the list

Copy the page and share it with three friends

As the page gets shared, more kids mail one mini figure to whoever is currently at the top. Over time, when your child’s name reaches the top of other lists, mini figures start arriving in your mailbox.

No apps. No accounts.

Just real mail and real excitement. And maybe some new penpals!

The internet is not required to play.

How to join the fun

If you’re here, that means you got invited to the mini figure fun. Yay! Welcome to the club!

Read Below to learn how to play safely.

Step One: Mail A Minifigure

Before you start, ask a parent or guardian for permission to play.

Look at the filled-in list page you received. Find the name and address in Block #1. With a parent’s help, mail one LEGO mini figure from your collection to that person. After the mini figure is sent, cross off that name on your copy of the page. Skip mailing the figure if nobody is listed in the #1 box- that means this adventure has just begun!

Step Two: Have An Adult Make Copies

You should have a blank master template page. Do not write on the original master.

Instead, make 3 copies (1 for each friend) of the blank master template.
The original master page is now your working copy—it’s the one you will write on.

(If you don’t have a copier, a parent can print a new blank master from the below.)

Step Three: Move The Names Up

Now it’s time to move the names. On the page with the blocks, cross out the name in Block #1 (you already mailed that person a mini figure). Then, move everyone else up one block so the list shifts forward.

Copy the name and address from Block #2 on the old list page into Block #1

Copy Block #3 into Block #2

Copy Block #4 into Block #3

Write your name and address (with parent permission) into Block #4

Now you have a completed new list page.

Step Four: Make Packets for Friends

For each friend you invite (example: 3 friends), they must receive two pages:

One copy of your new list page (the filled-in one you just made)

One blank master template (still blank)

So if you invite 3 friends, you will make:

3 copies of your new list page

3 copies of the blank master template
Then put
one of each into an envelope for each friend.

Each friend starts again at Step One.

Step Five: Be Patient and Watch the Magic Happen

Now the hardest (and most exciting) part—waiting.

As your page gets shared with other kids, your name will slowly move up to the top of their lists.

Over the next few weeks or even a few months, you may start to receive mini figures in the mail.

These figures can come from kids your age who love LEGO just like you—sometimes from nearby, and sometimes from far away.

There’s no rush. The fun is in the surprise.

Last Step: Share Your Unboxing (Optional)

If you’d like, and with a parent’s permission, you can record a short video of you opening your new mini figures.

You can upload your video to our website using the button below. Ollie loves watching these videos, and we may record a reaction video of Ollie watching kids open their mail.

Uploading a video is completely optional, and not every video will be shared—but every one is appreciated.

Don't forget to "Like" and "Subscribe"!

We wanted this to be a fun way kids can connect around the globe that share the same passion for all bricks and figs. By subscribing to our channel, you help us keep the fun going!
